Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents repairs and parts needs, and collaborates with the team to meet KPIs and WOW standards. Prior DRP experience and I-CAR training are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Maintain the store's KPI’s by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
