Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. You will document communication, uphold DRP standards, and support team goals to meet KPIs in a fast-paced collision environment.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, I-CAR training readiness, and a valid driver’s license, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and DRP metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
