Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Woodinville, WA is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document details, communicate with customers and insurers, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP compliance, plus a willingness to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide information and guide customers through the repair process for excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and trainings.
