Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and internal processes.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and assist as needed.
• Support management in production walks and safety meetings.
