Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Everett, WA is seeking an estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by assessing vehicle damage, creating repair estimates, and coordinating communications with customers and insurers. You will work with the team to meet KPIs and ensure smooth repair operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurers.
• Coordinate repair planning and ensure adherence to WOW operating methods.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support team.

Skills

Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines
