Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all communications, inform customers and insurers, and support the team to achieve KPIs.

The role emphasizes insurance coordination, compliance with DRP’s, and participation in daily walks with management. A minimum 1-year experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s
• Minimum of 1-year experience Required
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately
• Provide accurate and timely information, guiding customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Follow WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team
• Support all team members when required
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required)
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
