The role emphasizes collaboration with the management team, adherence to DRP processes, and active participation in daily operations to meet KPIs and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Coordinate repair planning, drop-offs, and customer communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team; assist during production walks.
