Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Scottsdale is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repairs. You will document damage, inform customers and insurers, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and DRP compliance. On-site at the shop with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drops, planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health, safety, and staff meetings; participate in trainings.
