Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating precise damage estimates and coordinating repair needs. The role involves communicating with customers and insurance providers, ensuring alignment with our KPI-driven goals and WOW operating standards.

You will collaborate with the team to assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and guide the customer through the repair process, while maintaining adherence to all program

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Basic Computer Skills required
• DRP experience minimum 1 year
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly
• Provide accurate, timely repair information and guide customers through the process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company processes
• Coordinate repair planning with team and communicate needs to the right members
• Participate in production walks and team meetings as required
• Assist teammates and support daily operations to meet KPIs
