Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies. You will document all communications and ensure compliance with DRP requirements to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the team, participation in daily production walks, and ongoing training to support service excellence and smooth repair workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and promptly.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and support other team members.
