Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Portland, OR is seeking an Estimator who will provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately appraising vehicle damage, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately throughout the repair process.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP programs and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and attend required meetings.
• Support team members and adapt to changing duties as needed.
