Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Seattle, WA seeks an Estimator to deliver an excellent customer experience while assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.

You will ensure documentation, communicate clearly with teams, support production walks, and uphold KPIs and company values. A high school diploma and DRP knowledge, with I-CAR willingness, are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Maintain KPI performance and support all team members.

Skills
