Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive sales or appointment-setting preferred.
• Strong phone communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Track and execute a minimum of 60 calls per day using the CRM or designated call-tracking system.
• Respond to incoming leads quickly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Ensure at least 10 confirmed appointments daily are scheduled and logged.
• Confirm daily appointments and re-engage with customers to reduce no-shows.
• Contact CarGurus customers who want to sell their car and schedule appointments.
• Create new appointments by reaching out to customers near contract end or in the signal list.
• Monitor call reviews for quality and compliance, providing feedback.
• Reach out to prior customers and lost opportunities to generate additional appointments.
• Work with the sales team to increase appointment volume and support dealership goals.
