Job summary

Frontier Toyota Valencia is looking for a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to maximize sales opportunities from inbound leads and the dealership’s customer database.

You will engage customers by telephone, email, and text, identify needs, provide timely information, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Proactive outbound development and CRM integrity are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound/outbound sales a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple channels (phone, email, text).
• Willingness to work schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and chat leads.
• Communicate with customers to identify needs and schedule appointments.
• Mine databases to identify new sales opportunities and re-engage customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow-up schedules.
• Collaborate with sales team to hand off qualified opportunities.
