Job summary

Toyota of Santa Barbara is seeking a BDC Coordinator to drive our sales pipeline and be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll manage leads, book appointments, and keep the CRM current with notes and next steps.

You’ll work with sales managers to balance floor availability, re-engage no-shows, and maintain a professional, energetic impression on every call. Training and growth are provided in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Proven ability to manage and nurture multiple leads simultaneously.
• Comfort with CRM systems and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work internet leads, phone-ups, and CRM follow-up queues to generate qualified appointments
• Keep our CRM clean and current; updating lead status, notes, and next steps in real time
• Follow up persistently on unresponsive leads and past customers without letting anything go stale
• Coordinate directly with sales managers to match appointment flow with floor availability
• Re-engage no-shows and lost opportunities with a fresh approach
• Be a professional, energetic first impression of Toyota of Santa Barbara on every call
