You will manage high-volume calls, maintain CRM notes, and build rapport to connect customers with the right vehicle. Training is provided, and a professional, motivated attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Sharp organizational skills to juggle dozens of leads.

• BDC/call center or customer service background is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate qualified sales appointments.
• Re-engage previous customers and inactive leads through follow-up.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with managers on availability.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to reconnect them with the dealership.
• Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
• Represent Toyota of Santa Barbara with professionalism and enthusiasm on every call.
