Advantage Dealer Group is seeking a motivated Buying Center BDC Agent to engage with customers selling or trading vehicles, set appointments, and ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to dealership visit.

You will handle outbound calls, texts, and emails, maintain CRM accuracy, and work closely with the Buying Center team. A positive attitude and customer focus are essential in this fast-paced environment at Advantage Dealer Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDC, auto retail, or call center is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers who submitted trade-in, appraisal, or buying inquiries.
• Make outbound calls, send texts, and email prospects to schedule appointments.
• Follow up on all leads and keep CRM notes accurate.
• Confirm appointments and assist customers through the vehicle appraisal process.
• Build value in selling or trading vehicles to the dealership.
• Meet daily activity and appointment-setting targets.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the Advantage Dealer Group brand.
• Collaborate with management and Buying Center team to maximize opportunities.
