Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking an experienced Practice Manager / Clinic Director in Hamilton, NJ. This role leads operations, staff management, recruitment and scheduling to ensure high-quality services for children with autism.

The Operations Manager will coordinate HR, clinical support, and administrative functions, acting as liaison between administrative and clinical staff. Prior management experience in healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, growth and development, staff scheduling, and customer acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
• Strong ethical standards and professionalism in interactions with staff and clients.
