Kaleidoscope ABA is searching for a dedicated Practice Manager / Clinic Director in Hamilton, NJ to oversee operations and manage staff. This role is vital for ensuring high-quality therapeutic services to children with autism. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day operations, including recruitment, scheduling, and administrative support while maintaining service records.

The position requires management experience preferably in a healthcare setting, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401k with matching.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably in medical or behavioral health.
• Exhibit honesty and integrity in all actions.
• Work and communicate effectively with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and recruit qualified staff.
• Oversee administrative tasks related to service delivery.
• Act as a liaison between administrative and clinical staff.
