Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. in Hamilton, NJ, is seeking a Practice Manager / Clinic Director to lead daily operations of the clinic and ensure high-quality therapeutic services for children with autism.

The Operations Manager will oversee staff scheduling, HR support, recruitment, budgeting, and client service, acting as the liaison between administrative and clinical teams, with a focus on process efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in a professional setting, preferably in medical/behavioral health operations.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5–7 years managing and developing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staff and services management, recruitment, scheduling, and customer service.
• Maintain accurate records related to staffing and service delivery for each case and insurer billing.
• Serve as liaison between administrative and clinical staff and coordinate case assignments and staff availability.
