The role supports HR, Operations, and Clinical departments and acts as a primary liaison between admin and clinical staff. The position emphasizes reliability, organizational excellence, and strong communication with families and staff,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in scheduling and operations in a healthcare/therapy setting preferred.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
• Customer-focused and professional communication with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing based on budgeted hours.
• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and HR-related tasks for the center.
• Provide reliable information and liaison between administrative and clinical teams.
• Maintain records related to staffing, service delivery, and case assignment.
• Support management with reporting, processes, and master schedule creation.
