Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, applying evidence-based techniques to improve communication, social, and daily living skills. The role emphasizes patience, teamwork, and a passion for making a real difference in families’ lives.

Training is provided; experience is welcome but not required. Partners should be physically active to assist with activities and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Support children with autism to reach their full potential in a caring team environment.
