Qualifications

• Willing to learn and receive comprehensive training.
• Able to perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress as part of a team.
