Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate, able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior plans.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA and supervisor to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
• Ensure safety and well-being of children during sessions.
