Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement personalized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Eligible candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Patient and compassionate with strong teamwork ability.
• Passion for helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age and legally able to work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Physical ability to move, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
