Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and team-oriented. Training is provided. The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility with moving between activities throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test ability.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Ensure safety during activities and transitions.
