Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one interventions, under the guidance of a BCBA. You will learn evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. This role involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds as clients move between

Qualifications

• Must love helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and teamwork required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Assist BCBA with evidence-based intervention techniques.
• Engage in activities to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Move and stand for portions of the day; ensure safety.
• Join a dedicated team focused on helping families.
