Centria Autism invites enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians, helping children with autism by implementing individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

You will support teaching communication, social, and daily living skills with evidence-based methods, while addressing challenging behaviors in a collaborative team setting. Training is provided to all new hires to enable success.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion in working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
