Job summary

Optimus seeks a Sales Business Development Representative in Austin, TX to drive outbound strategies with high-volume phone outreach. This in-office role collaborates with a energetic team to uncover new opportunities and fuel growth in the logistics space.

You will own outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and support Account Executives while refining messaging and leveraging our modern sales stack. Competitive compensation includes equity and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume outbound sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• History of top performance and consistently exceeding targets.
• Strong command of sales techniques and ability to handle objections on the fly.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Based in Austin, TX and able to work in-office full time.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns.
• Identify and qualify high-potential leads to fill pipelines for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive targeted outreach initiatives.
