Job summary

Starkey Retail is recruiting an Audiology Technician to support licensed audiologists and handle front desk operations at our clinic. The role involves testing assistance, instrument cleaning, and patient-facing service to ensure a smooth Patient Journey experience.

You will schedule evaluations, manage referrals, and assist with administrative duties while complying with state regulations and privacy standards. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of customer service/patient care experience.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and Sycle.net.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check patients in/out using patient management software; track orders and sales.
• Provide front desk support, administrative tasks, and basic marketing support.
• Assist licensed providers with counseling and cleaning of hearing instruments as applicable.
• Monitor hearing testing in compliance with state laws and regulations.
• Enter daily activity in patient management software and maintain files.
