Job summary

Starkey Retail in Washington (Covington area) is seeking an Audiology Technician to support licensed audiologists and oversee front desk duties. You will test, clean and adjust hearing aids, greet patients, schedule evaluations, and manage referrals and billing data.

Responsibilities include patient check-in/out, software data entry, organized records, and assisting with marketing and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth Patient Journey experience.

Qualifications

• Highschool or GED required.
• At least 3 years of customer service/patient care experience and/or one year of office management.
• Ability to develop knowledge of software systems including Excel, Word, and Sycle.net.
• Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage all confidential information with complete discretion.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out of patient management software, track orders/sales and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Provide front desk customer service and support to patients and vendors.
• Assist licensed audiologist with testing and hearing instrument cleaning.
• Enter daily activity in patient management software; organize office and maintain files.
• Assist with referrals from physicians and testing data for billing.
