Job summary

Starkey Retail seeks an Audiology Technician to support licensed audiologists in testing, instrument care, and patient interactions. You will also manage front desk duties, scheduling, and billing data across clinic locations while ensuring a positive Patient Journey experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with audiometric testing, maintaining records, and supporting marketing and operational tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Highschool or GED is required.
• 3+ years of customer service/patient care experience.
• Experience with office software including Excel, Word and Sycle.net.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, check in/out using patient management software.
• Monitor and facilitate audiometric testing under supervision.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals and billing data.
• Maintain office organization and protect patient privacy and insurance data.
• Provide clinical support including cleaning and counseling of hearing instruments.
