This role requires handling patient interactions, scheduling, and contributing to marketing and operational activities while adhering to scope-of-practice laws and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred or equivalent work history.
• At least 3 years of receptionist/patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed audiologist with patient testing and instrument cleaning.
• Front desk duties and patient management, including scheduling and check-in/out.
