Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/patient care experience or 1 year in office management.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and Sycle.net.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in/out patients in management software and maintain reports.
• Assist with testing and cleaning of hearing instruments under supervision.
• Schedule audiometric evaluations and manage referrals.
• Enter daily activity and maintain patient files, while protecting privacy.
• Support front desk operations and billing data as needed.
