Job summary

Starkey Retail in Oregon seeks an Audiology Technician to support licensed audiologists, manage front-desk duties, and assist with hearing aid testing and maintenance.

You will handle patient check-in, scheduling, insurance information, and maintain records, with potential travel to multiple office locations as needed. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of customer service or patient care experience and/or one year of office management experience.
• Ability to develop knowledge of software systems including Excel, Word, and Sycle.net.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check patients in/out of patient management software and track orders/sales.
• Respond to calls in a timely, professional fashion.
• Schedule and confirm audiometric evaluations and other appointments.
• Support marketing initiatives for the clinic and coordinate referrals.
