Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/patient care experience and/or 1 year of office management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, manage front desk duties, and process appointments.
• Schedule and confirm audiometric evaluations and other appointments.
• Enter daily activity in patient management software and maintain accurate patient files.
• Assist licensed professionals with counseling and cleaning of hearing instruments.
• Ensure privacy and complete insurance information and authorizations.
