iHeartMedia in Reading, PA is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business across our Broadcast + Digital Marketing products. You’ll meet clients in person, research opportunities, and build campaigns fueled by data to exceed expectations.

A strong go‑getter attitude, relationship skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office are essential. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, cold-calling, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver multi‑platform

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset and strong relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and outreach for lead generation.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a HS diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networks.
• Digital/Media sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Well-connected in the local market and able to manage multi-platform campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Learn our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct in-person meetings with clients and research to develop opportunities.
• Perform daily cold-calling and nurture existing business with our product suite.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and craft data-driven campaigns.
