Job summary

iHeartMedia in Reading, PA is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue across Broadcast and Digital Marketing products. You will develop new business through in-person meetings, research, and proactive outreach, while nurturing existing client relationships.

The role emphasizes relentless execution, strong communication, and the ability to translate data into compelling sales presentations. Onboarding and ongoing training are provided with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and outreach for lead generation.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance; High School Diploma required.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to prioritize day-to-day tasks based on priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products and identify new business opportunities.
• Meet with clients in-person and research to develop opportunities.
• Perform daily cold-calling and nurture existing business.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and craft campaigns.
• Use storytelling and data to deliver compelling sales presentations.
