RB Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and support sale day activities. This role supports multiple departments and works closely with customers to ensure a smooth auction experience.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
• Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and documents by internal coding system and by Lot number at sale. Upload documents to the web for each sale.
• Communicate with departments and customers who sign up equipment when documents are needed.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Promote safety commitments and personal responsibility for safety of team and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
