Job summary

Ritchie Bros. RB Global is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support during sales events. You will answer inquiries, process payments and assist with sale-day activities, ensuring accurate document handling.

You will coordinate with various departments, assist bidders, and maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced auction setting. A team-oriented mindset and strong data entry are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in-person.
• Proficiency with computers and learning new software quickly.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to stay positive and perform well in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and documents by internal coding system and Lot number; upload documents for each sale.
• Communicate with multiple departments and customers regarding required documents for signups.
• Process payments from successful bidders during sale days.
• Inform customers about auxiliary services and offerings.
• Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all customers.
• Contribute to RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and team safety.
