RB Global Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional in-person service, process payments, and support sales day activities. You will organize documents, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate records and timely communication.

• Experience working in-person with customers.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new software.
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Organize and file documents using internal coding; upload documents to the web after each sale.
• Communicate with departments, teams and customers to obtain documents such as LOLCs and purge documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: take personal responsibility for safety of self and team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
