Job summary

RB Global in Las Vegas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional in-person service, handle inquiries, process payments, and support sale day activities at our busy yard operations. The role emphasizes customer interactions, document handling, and cross-department coordination.

The ideal candidate will have prior face-to-face customer experience, strong computer and data-entry skills, and a friendly, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have prior in-person customer service experience.
• Able to learn new software and use computers effectively.
• Excellent keyboarding for data entry.
• Strong commitment to delivering great customer service.
• Positive attitude under pressure and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and documents by internal coding, then by Lot number; upload documents for each sale.
• Coordinate with departments and customers who sign up equipment for document needs.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support safety initiatives and team well-being as part of RB Unreserved Commitment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
