Responsibilities

• Organize keys and documents using the internal coding system and by Lot number; upload documents to the web for each sale
• Communicate with multiple departments and customers regarding documents such as LOLCs and purge documents
• Process payments from successful bidders
• Inform customers about auxiliary services
• Ensure superior customer service is provided to all customers
• Support safety initiatives to ensure everyone goes home safely
• Perform other duties as assigned
