You will coordinate with various departments and customers to obtain required documents and ensure smooth operations on site.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
• Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and documents, file by internal coding system and Lot number, upload documents per sale.
• Communicate with departments and customers for required documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety to keep everyone safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
