Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, answer inquiries, process payments, and support sale-day activities across multiple auctions. You will coordinate with various departments and customers to obtain required documents and ensure smooth operations on site.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a positive attitude under pressure, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.
A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
You thrive working as part of team, pitching in wherever you’re needed.

Responsibilities

Organize keys and documents, file by internal coding system and Lot number, upload documents per sale.
Communicate with departments and customers for required documents.
Process payments from successful bidders.
Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety to keep everyone safe.
Perform other duties as assigned.
