Qualifications

• Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
• Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.
• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Organize all keys and documents by internal coding system and Lot number; upload documents to the web each sale.
• Communicate with multiple departments, teams, and customers signing up equipment for documents such as LOLCs and purge documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support safety commitments and personal responsibility for team safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
