Responsibilities

• Organize keys and documents by internal coding system; upload documents for each sale.
• Actively communicate with departments, teams and customers signing up equipment for documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Deliver superior customer service to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and personal safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
