Job summary

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support our branches and service centers.

You will provide outstanding customer service in person and through our various communication channels to help IAA focus on business and branch growth. Responsibilities include handling orders, entering data into internal systems, reference pricing information, responding to inquiries, and maintaining records to ensure smooth operation of auctions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in-person contact

• Prepare paperwork for auction days and obtain approvals
• Assist with other duties around the office as needed
