Job summary

Cox in Riverside, CA seeks an Account Liaison to coordinate auction operations and act as the primary contact for vendors and clients. You will understand requirements, upsell Cox products, and ensure work is completed to expectations while upholding safety and professional standards.

In this role you will review the sale lineup, assist with reconditioning, educate clients on Cox offerings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth auctions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with up to 2 years in related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-based interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Review sale lineup vehicles and coordinate readiness for on-time parking
• Support client teams and communicate with stakeholders to ensure auction operations
• Educate clients on Cox products and services
• Assist in reviewing lineup vehicles and coordinating reconditioning and audits to manage costs
• Build foundational understanding of auction services concepts
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
• Adhere to Safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence
• Perform additional duties as assigned
