Job summary

RB Global seeks a Customer Service Representative in Michigan to provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, process payments, and support sale-day activities. You will organize documents, upload files, and coordinate with multiple departments to assist bidders.

The ideal candidate has in-person customer service experience, strong computer skills, fast and accurate data entry, and a team-oriented, positive attitude under pressure.

• Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and filing documents by internal coding system and Lot number, then upload documents to the web for each sale.
• Actively communicate with different departments, teams, and customers for documents such as LOLCs and Purge Documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety by prioritizing personal and team safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
