Job summary

You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage documents, upload files, and help bidders with paperwork while upholding safety commitments and delivering outstanding support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys, filing documents by internal coding system and Lot number; upload documents for each sale.
• Communicate with departments, teams, and customers signing up equipment, providing needed documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support safety commitments and take personal responsibility for safety of team and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
